I was lucky to grow up on Guernsey with a family who loved to be outside in nature and ideally in or on the sea. This love of the environment has continued through life in various forms, creating a strong connection to the natural world. As I enjoy problem solving I studied engineering and worked the first part of my career in the energy sector, in risk consulting, integrity management, operations and project management. These roles gave me experience working within many different disciplines, regulatory compliance and delivering significant budget projects.

In a change of direction, I undertook some entrepreneurial ventures which gave me a new portfolio of skills as I experienced business from a different perspective and interfaced with a wide range of stakeholders. Alongside this I have lead in community action against climate crisis for many years, building resilience, sharing skills & challenging the status quo. Having my own family has contributed to a deepening of my core values of integrity, aiming for excellence and having courage to achieve more.

Now, I have the energy and mindset to pursue a path that is focused on being part of the solution of creating a sustainable world, blending my existing skills with Change and Environmental Management knowledge. I bring leadership, communications and consultancy together to tackle and inspire for our collective future.
